TSIC expands capacity and service offerings at Netrality Properties in Kansas City, Philadelphia & Houston

New York and Stockholm – Netrality Properties, LLC announced today that TeliaSonera International Carrier (TSIC) has expanded its fiber connectivity services into three of its facilities with points of presence at Kansas City, MO (1102 Grand St.), Philadelphia, PA (401 N. Broad St.) and Houston, TX (1301 Fannin St.).

TSIC has been a long-term tenant in Kansas City and has been using the property’s carrier-neutral Meet Me Room to connect with other carriers and enterprise customers. As part of its recently announced expansion, building on customer success, TSIC is now adding new PoPs from which customers can access its connectivity portfolio at 1301 Fannin in Houston.

“People don’t just expect to be online anytime and anywhere – they rely on it. Helping our customers meet their end users’ demands, is what we do best,” said Ivo Pascucci, Head of Americas, TeliaSonera International Carrier Inc., “TSIC is extremely excited by the opportunity to offer its services to tenants within the 401 North Broad and 1301 Fannin Meet Me Rooms. We also look forward to continuing our strong relationship with Netrality Properties.”

These expansions further extend TSIC’s offering of 100G fiber-based global connectivity services throughout North America. It will also create new network capacity opportunities within other Netrality Properties’ locations.

“We act as building owners and Meet Me Room operators at all of our locations” said Hunter Newby, joint venture partner of Netrality Properties. TeliaSonera International Carrier adds tremendous value to the networking landscape in North America and having direct access to their core network through our Meet Me Rooms provides benefits for us, TSIC and our customers."

Netrality Properties provides a stable, long-term network neutral environment for its customers, allowing them to operate and grow their network businesses. It offers customers a direct relationship with building owners, providing flexibility for longer-term agreements that is critical for core network nodes.
